Rootech all the way!

Do you use a cloning machine? Can you briefly describe your cloning method?
No machine. Rootech gel and IHORT plugs. 72 per tray in a dome. Around day 8 or 9 I remove the dome. I spray my cuttings daily. I use Nitrozime, Rhizotonic and Jump Start.

How long did it take for your cuttings to root? Was this normal?
7-12 days, as normal

Was the rooting more or less vigorous / the same?
Phenomenal roots! Not only were the roots prolific, but they were thicker and “hairier” than I’ve ever seen.

Did you observe an increase in vigor in your plants in early veg stage?
Yes, it is very noticeable.

Did you notice an increase in root mass compared to untreated cuttings / seedlings?
Absolutely. The difference was easy to recognize.

SUMMARY

Was the product easy to use? Are the manufacturer’s instructions clear and accurate?
Yes. Just be sure and read the part where it says to add the Root X AFTER you pH your nutrient mix.

As root mass is proportional to yield, do you think that this product made a difference to the final yield?
I can’t say for sure, but I believe it had to. I think that developing a prolific, strong root system is one of the most important things to accomplish if you are going to have a great harvest.

Based on your experiences, do you have any hints and tips on getting the most out of this product?
Sorry. No hints or tips. It’s pretty straightforward!

Would you use this product again? Your 250ml sample would cost around US $77 in a store. Is it good value for money?
Yes, I’m converted. In fact, I recently picked up the larger bottle at $127 at the local store. 5.5ml in 5 gallons is very economical.
