seeds-in-beaker When we last left our intrepid test radishes, half of them were soaked in hydrogen peroxide for 12 hours before being planted.
On the morning of day three, I was met with the first sprout. Hydrogen peroxide takes an early lead. radish-seed-in-perlite
radish-sprout2 Two hours later, a second sprout appeared, also from the hydrogen peroxide group.
Two hours later, however, the plain seeds make a showing. radish-sprout3
And in two hours, another showing from the plain seeds.

It is too early to tell if it is a trend that will continue, but the 2 hydrogen peroxide sprouts are lighter in color than the 2 untreated sprouts.

So at the end of day 3, the score is hydrogen peroxide soaked 2 of 10, plain water 2 of 10.
